Please be aware we apply the following terms for bookings.

Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when you book. Full payment is to be made one month before date of arrival.

Letting Periods
The self-catering let are generally from Saturday to Saturday. (Short term breaks are considered in off-peak periods but please contact us to confirm this).
Arrival time is 1600 and we ask that properties are vacated by 0930 on the day of departure.

Pets/Smoking

  
Sorry but we do not permit pets or smoking in the properties.

Bed Linen and Towels Provided.

Free, off road, car parking is provided on our property.

Coal, Logs and Wood available for nominal charge.

Electricity by meter reading to be settled on day of departure.

Right of Admission.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to their property and to require persons to leave if they consider there is a breach of contract or deem that there is damage to the property, cause of nuisance, or conduct of an offensive manner.
