In the main house, we offer Bed and Breakfast in high
quality surroundings in the North wing of the house.

We have three double rooms, two of which have ensuite bathroom
facilities. The third room is a double room with a single bed in it
making it suitable for a twin room, or as a family room. This room
also has an adjacent private bathroom for the occupants sole use.
All rooms have been tastefully decorated to match the decor and feel
of the building and maximise the comfort and warmth for your stay.

A warm comfortable lounge is available, with a log fire, digital Sky
television and a selection of films available for you to view. In 2006
we also added a second lounge at the north end of the house. This
lounge is designed to offer a quiet reading room, with a Chesterfield
suite, pine table, multi-fuel stove and selection of books, magazines
and daily newspapers. A comprehensive selection of high
quality Scottish fayre will be available for your breakfast. We aim to
use organic,
Fair Trade and local produce where possible and will cater for
vegetarian choices also.

We also have available a
"guest kitchen" where you can cook meals for yourself or warm
pre-cooked meals that we can provide. The conservatory, with views
over our fields to the river, is available for use with this kitchen,
along with a dining area and seating for four. A small charge of £2.50
is added to your bill for this service.
 We recently
installed a wireless broadband connection for those who wish to
collect their email and online news, and can allow use of our own
computer if required.
